Acceptable use policy

Effective 18 October 2026 · Last updated 23 October 2026

Spotter is for coaches and clients working together. Use it honestly, respect people's privacy and don't abuse the platform. This policy is part of our terms of service.

1. Respect people and their data

  • Don't add, invite or record details about people who haven't agreed to it, and don't record health data (measurements, body or meal photos) without the person's consent.
  • Don't publish a client's photos, name, results or review on a coach page without their written consent.
  • Don't harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate anyone.
  • Don't use client contact details from Spotter for anything other than your coaching with that client, and never sell or share them.

2. Content you upload or publish

  • No nudity or sexual content. Progress and transformation photos must be in normal gym or swimwear.
  • No content you don't own or have permission to use (photos, videos, music, logos).
  • No false or misleading claims: fake reviews, made-up transformations, qualifications you don't have, or promises of guaranteed or medical results.
  • No promotion of illegal or dangerous products, including banned performance-enhancing drugs or unsafe weight-loss methods.
  • No hateful, violent or illegal content.

3. Keep the platform safe

  • Don't scrape, harvest or bulk-collect data from Spotter, including coach phone numbers, emails or Find a coach listings.
  • Don't try to access another coach's or client's data, test our security without written permission, or get around limits (such as plan limits or rate limits).
  • Don't send spam, use the join form for anything other than genuine requests, or automate accounts.
  • Don't upload malware or interfere with how Spotter runs.
  • Don't resell Spotter or share one account between several coaches.

4. What we do about breaches

We may remove content, unpublish a coach page, limit features or suspend an account that breaks this policy, usually after a warning unless the breach is serious or illegal. We may report illegal activity to the authorities. See our terms of service.

5. Report a problem

If you see something on Spotter that breaks this policy, including a photo of you published without consent, email dev@nexuf.io with the page link. We aim to act within 2 business days.
